Is it safe?

Yes — breathwork is safe for most people. If you have medical conditions (like severe asthma, heart issues, or pregnancy), it’s best to check with your doctor first and let your facilitator know.

What will I feel?

Everyone’s experience is different. You might feel relaxed, emotional release, tingling in the body, or a deep sense of calm. Each session is unique, and your body will only take you as far as you’re ready to go.
